At HEIR, we specially select just for you from our own merchandise, we have the most extensive product knowledge available. We want your shopping experience to be a positive one. PLACING AN ORDER
Order from us 24/7. It's easy. And it's secure. Want to talk to a human being? Please call 310-988-9184 during our hours of operation; Monday – Friday 9 am - 6pm PST. In the event we are unable to answer your call, simply leave your name, phone number and best time to reach you and we’ll call you back within 24 hours. We also accept orders via fax at 310-417-8498 and ask that you provide your billing and shipping addresses, the item(s) you wish to purchase, your credit card number, expiration date and security code and lastly a phone number should we have any questions about your order.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept American Express, Discovery, Visa and MasterCard.
  
CREDIT CARD SECURITY CODES
We require the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa or MasterCard). Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

SALES TAX
9.75% sales tax is applied to orders shipped to California addresses. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with their local state tax laws.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
At this time HEIR products are available for shipment within the U.S. via Standard UPS Ground Shipping. This is the default shipping option and is available on all orders. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within five business days after shipment.

International customers wishing to purchase our products may email customer service. Please let us know what items you are interested in ordering and the complete delivery address. We will prepare an estimate including USPS Priority Mail shipping or USPS Express International and reply to the email address provided. Please allow 24-48 hours to hear back from us.
 
Orders for in-stock items that are eligible for same-day shipping must be received by 12:00 p.m. PST, pending payment processing. Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability.


Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead-time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead-time changes, we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our goal is to provide quality products and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return or exchange provided it meets the following conditions:
1) Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and received WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Orders returned beyond this time period will not be accepted. HEIR reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
2) Return merchandise must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
3) We highly recommend return merchandise be shipped through UPS who will provide a tracking number and insurance automatically with each shipment. To schedule a pick-up call 1-800-PICK UPS.

A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company. Rest assured, we will never sell, loan, rent or distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance.
